The validity period of the Support Credits you buy is Life Time. The validity period means how long the Support Credits will be valid and can be used for the services. The support credits will be detected from your account. You can see your Support Credit Balance in your Customer Portal. If you ran out of support credits you can purchase any of the Support Credit Pack again and use it for the next services you need. Refund policy does not apply for the Support Credit plans. Support Credits will be there in your account and you can use it on your next Support Services.
